Arthur F. Grimm

Duncanville, TX & Eastport – Arthur “Buzz” Grimm, born in Philadelphia, PA on February 6, 1953. At age 65, he joined his Mother June in Heaven on December 3, 2018 in Dallas, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Blakely Memorial United Methodist Church located at 74 High Street in Eastport. Visitation with the family will be observed from noon until the time of service at the church on Saturday. Burial will follow in the Bayside Cemetery in Eastport. Upon the family’s return from Maine, services to celebrate Arthur’s life will be scheduled in Texas.

Arthur had a zest for life and lived it fully; he never met a stranger. He had a loving and gentle heart and was always a loyal friend. He had a career in Lithography, and in his spare time he enjoyed shooting pool when he could. He could fix and repair anything that needed fixing. Arthur had a sharp wit, a wonderful sense of humor, and a very loving heart. He will most certainly be missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 41 years, Valerie Grimm; sons, Stephen, Jonathan and his wife Lori; brother, Mel “Butch” Laughton and his wife Barbara; sisters, DeeDee Sears, Susan Brown and her husband Rickey, and Tobi Wuchter and her husband Glenn; four grandchildren, Erik, Alexander, Mason, and Abby; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
