Ashley A. Doten

Ashley Ann Doten, 36, passed away Friday, January 26, 2024, at Maine Medical Center in Portland. Ashley was born in Bangor on December 27, 1987, daughter of Ralph and Wanda Doten.

Ashley graduated from Woodland High School, Class of 2005, and attended Washington County Community College where she studied to be a medical assistant. She was a proud mother and loved her children very much. She also dedicated her time with family and cherished every moment.

Ashley was predeceased by her daughter Isabella Frances, sister Samantha Dana, grandfathers Archie Steeves and Warren Doten, grandmother Alice Dana, uncle Juddy Doten and aunt Teki.

She is survived by her parents; daughter Gwen Mitchell; son Avery Doten; companion Agustin Saenz; grandmother Linda Steeves; her sister Jessica Dana, brother Warren ‘Ben’ Dana; godmother Lisa Cleaves; godfather Roger Paul; Aunt Betty and John Bailey; uncle Sam and Sonja Dana; nephews Tre Nicholas and Gerald "Baby G" Lank; niece Makenna Dana; cousins Serene Nicholas, Kristy, Candy, Gary, Brandy, many relatives and special friends.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 1^st, 2024 at the Elderly Meal Site, Indian Township. A graveside services will be held by Father Roland Berngeh at 11 A.M. Saturday, February, 3^rd 2024 at the Indian Township Tribal Cemetery, Peter Dana Point. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
