Barbara Rose Hazelwood

Calais – Barbara G. Hazelwood, 84, died Monday, October 13, 2008 with her family by her side at Calais Regional Hospital. Barbara was born in Denver, CO, on January 6, 1924, daughter of the late Edward and Rose (Martin) Grotberg. Barbara’s most memorable times were spent talking with her grandchildren, family and friends. Surviving are three children, Greg Milliken and his wife Janice of Denair, CA, Kristen McClure and her husband Richard of Piedmont, CA, and Bill Milliken and his wife Ann of Bath; and three grandchildren, Caitlin and Lydia McClure and Doug Milliken, and his mother, Donna Scott of Hodgdon; and dear friends, Amanda and Rick Adams of Calais. Barbara will be buried in her family lot at Crown Hill Memorial Park in Wheat Ridge, CO. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
