Obituary for Cassandra Leigh Greenlaw

Baileyville – Cassandra Leigh Greenlaw and her unborn daughter, Kylie Marie Perkins, died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 3, 2007. Cassie was born in Bangor, June 5, 1988, daughter of Stephen Greenlaw and Kimberly Ireland. She enjoyed her animals, fishing, NASCAR, the Yankees, and spending time with her fiancé, family and friends. Cassie was predeceased by her great-grandparents, George and Florence Harriman, and her maternal grandfather, James Pomroy. Surviving are her parents, Stephen Greenlaw of Waterville and Kim Ireland of Baileyville; a very loving and special sister, Nicole Greenlaw of Baileyville; her soul mate, best friend and fiancé, Kyle Perkins of Baileyville; paternal grandparents, Phyllis and Eugene Greenlaw of Haines City, FL; maternal grandparents, Leonard Ireland of Bangor and Carol Pomroy of Eddington; extended family, Kim and Carl Sinclair of Barrington, NH, and Ken Perkins of Baring; two very special aunts, Amanda Ireland of Eddington and her companion Ryan Carey of Holden, and Jenny and Doug Zimmerschied of Bangor; special uncles Darrin and Nicole Greenlaw of Winslow and David and Marlene Greenlaw of Bucksport; and many great uncles and aunts, cousins and special friends. A Celebration of Cassie’s Life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 10 at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. Following the funeral, a gathering will be held at Judy Miller's residence, Main St., Baileyville. In lieu of flowers, donations in Cassie’s memory may be made to the family, Kim Ireland, PO Box 381, Baileyville, ME 04694.
