Dean R. Williams

Dean Richard Williams, 83, passed away at home on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at his home in Princeton.  Dean was born in St. Stephen, NB, on March 26, 1940, son of Harold and Erma (Sprague) Williams. 

After graduating from Princeton High School, Class of 1958, Dean started his career with St. Croix Paper Co., retiring in 2002 from Domtar.  On May 22, 1965, he married his love, Rosalie Richards.  Dean was a lifelong resident of Princeton and a former member of the Princeton Rod & Gun Club.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at his camp on Pine Island on Big Lake.

Dean was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Erma Williams.  Surviving are his beloved wife of 58 years, Rosalie Williams; two children, Debra McAndrew and husband Brian of Palmyra, and Michael Williams and wife Beth of Presque Isle; a granddaughter, Taylor Williams and companion Callie of South Portland; two grandsons, Brandon Bourgoin and wife Jourdan of Saco, and Jacob Williams of Biddeford; his sister Sandra Bailey of Grand Lake Stream; and many nieces and nephews.
