St. Stephen, NB & Calais, ME – Donald L. Newman Jr, 44, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 in St. Stephen with his sister Bridget by his side. Don was born in Saint John, NB on December 26, 1976, son of Donald Newman Sr. and Alice “Gert” (Brown) Newman.
Don graduated from Calais High School, Class of 1996, and attended Washington County Community College. He worked for DL Newman Trucking.
Don was predeceased by his brother Joe; and his grandparents, Bill and Alice Brown, and Leon and Verna Newman. Surviving are his parents Donald and Alice “Gert” Newman; his sister Bridget Newman of St. Stephen, NB; special niece and nephew, Brylea and Brody, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Don will be remembered by his family for being kind and having a very loving heart.
Burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
