Evelyn Ernestine Goggin

Evelyn E. GogginCalais – Evelyn E. Goggin, 99, died Friday, August 26, 2005, at a Calais nursing home. Evelyn graduated from Calais School of Nursing in 1929. She worked at Calais Regional Hospital, where she was the Adminstrator, and in Boston and Connecticut. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, James Goggin. Surviving are her sister, Elizabeth Tingley of Calais; a niece, Kay Morrison and husband Leo of Calais; nephews James Tingley and wife Kathy Ellen of Texas and Richard Goggin and wife Jeannie of Woodland; and several more nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Monday, August 29, at 10 a.m. in Calais Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Evelyn’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
