Flossie Jollotta

Eastport – Flossie M. Jollotta, 78, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 20, 2009 at the Eastport Memorial Nursing Home. Flossie was born in Plantation 14 on Feb. 27, 1931, daughter of the late Seymoure and Elma (Brewster) Harris. She married Aubrey R. Jollotta in Eastport on Oct. 23, 1965. Flossie was employed for 44 years with Guilford Industries where she worked on the Model K. She enjoyed traveling and family gatherings. In addition to her parents, Flossie was predeceased by her husband of over 42 years, Aubrey Jollotta; and two brothers Vance Harris and Burrill Harris and his wife Elaine. Surviving are her four children, James Jollotta of Winslow, Barbara Pulk of Pembroke, Dale Jollotta and his wife Patricia of Conn., and David Jollotta and his companion Virginia Doucette of Eastport; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a special sister-in-law Beverly Jollotta of Sanford; her nephew Larry Harris and his wife Cindy of Orono; and her niece Beverly Harris.
