Julie Mary Bass

Baileyville – Julie Mary Bass, 94, died Monday, January 08, 2007 at a Lewiston nursing home. Julie was born in St. Louis DeKent, N.B. Canada on April 25, 1912, daughter of the late Lucien and Adele (Bassieau) Babineau. She was a Communicant of St. James the Greater R.C. Church in Baileyville and a long time member of the Ladies Sodality of the church. Julie was predeceased by her husband, Frederick Bass; a son, Charles Bass; and a daughter Rose Anne Bass. Surviving are two sons, Vincent Bass of Auburn and Norman Bass of Omaha, Neb.; two daughters, Catherine Frost of Clinton, Mass., and Florine Macavoy of Port Charlotte, Fla.; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
