Sipayik – Kelly Anne Keezer, 20, passed on to her next journey on Friday, July 20, 2012 at her home after a long courageous battle for her life. During Kelly’s life she gave her family faith, courage, love and laughs that will keep them warm on long winter nights. Her will and determination were well known by those she loved. Kelly’s ability to look in the eye and carry the heaviest and most difficult loads with a smile on her face, a laugh on her lips and a twinkle in her eyes was absolutely breathtaking. She will forever be carried deep within our hearts where she will be safe, healthy and happy until we meet again. Kelly was predeceased by her grandmother Anna Lola; great-grandmother Saraphine Stevens; and her little hero Logan Foster. Kelly is survived by her mother and best friend Lori Lola Keezer; her “Papa” Lawrence Keezer Jr.; her brother “Buddy” Lawrence Keezer III; her sister Anna “Sissy” Keezer; her loving niece Madyson Keezer; and her great-grandmother Clara Neptune Keezer, all of Sipayik; her brother James Keezer of Marshfield; the man of her dreams Brandon Beal of Addison; special aunts Jackie Lola of Sipayik and Cheryl Carroll of Windsor Locks, CT; her “Mama” Cobey Foster of Woburn, MA; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visiting hours will be held beginning 11 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2012 at her home, 42 Warrior Rd., Pleasant Point, until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday by Rev. James Plourde, Celebrant, at St. Ann’s R.C. Church in Pleasant Point. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
