Perry – Kenneth J. “Sonny” Avery Jr., 70, beloved husband of Ivie passed away on April 19, 2007 after a courageous battle with Leukemia. He was born on December 25, 1936 in Eastport to Kenneth J. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and family. Friends may call 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday at Mays Funeral Home – Flagg Chapel, 72 High St., Eastport. A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Pastor Sheldon Keezer officiating. Burial will take place in Bayside Cemetery at a later date. No flowers please.
