Kimberly G. Burse

Kimberly G. Burse, 63, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022.  Kimberly was born in Caribou on September 21, 1959, daughter of John and Shireen (Andrews) Burse.

Kimberly graduated from Shead High School, Class of 1977, and worked at the local boat school.   She also helped at her father’s antique business in Eastport, John’s Antiques.  She raised her children and later became a CNA for Barnard’s Nursing Home in Calais.  She enjoyed cooking, especially pastries, and picking flowers in the summer.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Katrina Burse; and a brother John “Ricky” Burse Jr.  Surviving are her mother Shireen Burse of Eastport; her twin sons, Abel and Nathan Burse of Eastport; daughter-in-law Jennifer Normand of Pembroke; six grandchildren, Cassandra Burse of Eastport, Clarissa Burse of Eastport, Clayton Burse of Caribou, Kyra Normand-Burse of Cooper, Jasiah Normand-Burse of Calais, and Autumn Cookson of Eastport; and a sister Lisa Burse.
