Michael Cameron **Corbett

Baileyville – Michael Cameron Corbett, 51, died Friday, March 28, 2008 at his home in Baileyville. Mike was born in Plantation 21 on December 28, 1956, son of Carroll Corbett and Phyllis (Gillmor) Corbett Davis. He enjoyed being with his family and the great outdoors. Mike was predeceased by his father Carroll; a brother, Paul Corbett Sr.; a nephew Paul Corbett Jr.; a niece Betty Corbett;a great nephew, Gordie Corbett; and his special canine companion, Queenie. Surviving are his mother Phyllis of Baileyville; a brother Lloyd Corbett and his wife Gloria of Baileyville; three sisters, Carolyn Bennett and her husband Richard of Veazie, Susan James and her husband Alvin of Plantation 21, and Brenda Corbett of Baring; a sister-in-law, Carla Corbett; 2 children, Shauna Derapps of Ohio, and Nicole Williams and her husband Brian of Ohio; two grandchildren, Hunter Williams and Caleb Durapps, both of Ohio; his companion for many years, Melanie Kountz of Ohio; four nephews, Steven and Marc Corbett and Darren and Scott James; five nieces, Cathy Bennett, Marcia Bean, Kimberly Huntly, Dawn James and Karen Simpson; a very special niece, Angela Olsson and her husband Mark of Baring; and several great nieces and great nephews. Burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mike’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St., Suite #301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691-4183.
