Michael Williams

Robbinston – Michael David Williams, 42, passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2016 at his home. Michael was born October 25, 1973 to David and Paula (McPhee) Williams in Calais where he grew up and graduated from Calais High School, class of 1992.

He attended Washington County Community College shortly after high school where he studied to be an electrician. Michael enjoyed fishing, playing cards and Farkle, cookouts and just spending time with his family.

In addition to both maternal and paternal grandparents, he was predeceased by two uncles and an aunt. Michael will be remembered by his parents, David and Paula Williams of Robbinston; two daughters, Caylee Galan and her husband John and Abbie Williams, all of Calgary, Alberta; sister, Paula Lynn Thornton and her husband Ryan of Topsfield; granddaughter, Ava Galan; two nieces, Darrean and Phoebe Thornton of Topsfield; step-grandmother, Delores McPhee of Baileyville; many aunts, uncles and cousins and his special canine companion and best friend, Gloria. A celebration of Michael’s life will begin 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 9th at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
