Mildred M Hall

Calais – Mildred “Millie” Hall, 97, died peacefully at Atlantic Rehab & Nursing Center in Calais on Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Millie was born in Alexander on May 17, 1911, daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth (Lounder) Hall, and grew up in Bailey, N.B. Canada. She worked in the Cotton Mill in Milltown, N.B. and then moved to Salem, MA. Millie later retired to Calais. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Ross Hall (1994), and her sister, Ruth Lemire (1997). Millie is survived by her sister-in-law, Bernice Hall; her niece, Rosslyn Lannutti and her children, Anthony and Tonia Lannutti; and her nephew, Arthur Hall and his children, Michael and Jasmine Hall. Friends may call 10 – 11 a.m. Friday, June 13, at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calais Cemetery.
