Calais – Myrtle Jean Sadler, 82, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Atlantic Rehab & Nursing Center in Calais. Myrtle was born in Atlantic City, NJ on August 11, 1928, daughter of the late William and Mary (Allred) Sadler. Until recently, she was a lifetime resident of Ventnor and Margate, New Jersey. Myrtle will be remembered as a loving and caring sister and aunt, and will be very much missed by all who have known her on this earth. Surviving are her sister, Dorothy Sanschagrin of Robbinston; a niece Jeanne Tonizzo and her husband Luis of Cooper; and many other nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews throughout the United States. A ceremony to bless her cremated remains will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2010 at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, 29 Church St., Calais. Myrtle will be laid to rest alongside her parents and sister at Laurel Memorial Park in Pleasantville, NJ. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
