Norman E McPhail

McPhail, Norman, age 71, passed away April 25, 2009 in Orlando, Florida. Mr. McPhail was born in Calais, Maine to John and Leanna McPhail. He is Pre deceased by his two sisters Rita Townsend, Shirley Gallagher and brother’s James McPhail and John “Sonny” McPhail. He was a veteran of the US Navy and retired as a general foreman of Parker Hannifin Corporation.After his retirement he pursued his hobbies as an antique dealer and an active sportsman including golfing, hunting, fishing.He is survived by his wife, Elaine McPhail of Robbinston, Maine; Sons and daughter-in-law, William and Dawn McPhail of West Newbury, MA; Daniel and Lynne McPhail of York, Maine; Four Grandchildren, Jennie, Emily, Sarah of York, Maine and Nicholas of West Newbury, MA. He was also stepfather to Robert Gouin of Davie, FLA and his daughters Leandra and Adrianne Gouin.
