Obituary for Timothy Blake Stevens

Indian Township – Timothy Blake Stevens, 49, died Sunday, February 4, 2007 at a Boston hospital. Timothy was born in Calais, February 12, 1957, son of the late Eugene L Stevens Sr. and Freda (Ranco) Stevens. He was employed by Indian Township Public Works and enjoyed hunting, fishing, drawing, painting, and cooking. He was predeceased by a brother, Howard M. Stevens. Surviving are his four children, Seneca Stevens and Taletha Stevens, both of Indian Island, and Skye Stevens and Sasha LaCoote of Indian Township; two brothers, Mark Stevens and Eugene L. Stevens Jr. of Indian Township; six sisters, Nora Deschaine and husband Dana, Janice Hedgety, Debra Prewitt, Gail Nicholas, Lori Stevens, and Victoria Boston, all of Indian Township; two grandchildren, Cyra Caparaz and Chase Stevens of Indian Island; special friends, Charles Polches of Peter Dana Point, Everette Sapiel of Old Town, Donald Soctomah of Indian Township, and Richard McFarland of Newport; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and hunting buddies in Pennsylvania. Friends may call at 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Frank Morin 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Ann Mission, Peter Dana Point. Burial will be held at a later date.
