William Wade Philip McIver

August 24, 2006 — January 27, 2021

Baileyville – William Wade Philip McIver, 14, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at his home. William was born in Bangor on August 24, 2006, son of Leslie Bragg and Kelly McIver and Rhonda & Larry McIver

William was currently a student at Woodland High School where he played drums and guitar, but his passion was wrestling. During elementary school and junior high, he played baseball, basketball, and ran track. He also had earned his Arrow of Light in Boy Scouts. William loved being in the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, mudding, and cutting firewood. He was very energetic and was a hard worker. He had an amazing sense of humor and a huge heart. He always tried to help any friend in need and if he didn't know how he just made them laugh.

William was predeceased by his father Leslie. Surviving are his mother Kelly McIver; his grandparents Larry and Rhonda McIver; four sisters, Haley James of Baileyville, Lilyana Quigley of Old Town, and Amanda and Ashley Bragg of Ellsworth; a couple very special aunts and uncles and many cousins; many great friends; more than even he realized.
