William Fred Moholland Sr.

William “Billy” Moholland Sr.Princeton – William Fred Moholland Sr., 63, died Saturday, December 10, 2005, at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. Billy was born in Calais, October 30, 1942, son of the late Fred and Mavis (McPhail) Moholland. He married Susan Little on October 1, 1983. Upon his father’s death in 1992, Billy took over his fathers business, Moholland Trucking, and changed the name to B&S Trucking & Sons. He was a member of the Spednic Club in Baileyville for 25 years, St. Croix Country Club, and enjoyed bowling, pool, horse shoes, darts, golf and riding his motorcycle. Billy was predeceased by his sister, Lillian Black. Surviving are his loving wife of over 22 years, Susan; five children, Billy Moholland Jr. of Lincoln, Jodie Moholland and fiancé Joe of Pittsfield, Brock Moholland and wife Amy of Ellsworth, Jay Moholland and wife Erica, and Randy Moholland and fiancé Sonya of Princeton; a brother, John Moholland of Chester; five grandchildren, Brandon, Britton, Brandon, Brenna, and J.J.; a special aunt, Audria McCurdy; many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and dear friends. Also surviving is his faithful canine companion, Joker. Friends may call Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. Graveside services will be held in Princeton Cemetery Wednesday, 10 a.m., with Pastor Bob Hinton officiating.
